Location

This position will be based from our Headquarters in Miami / Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and work remotely as determined on a case by case basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities

  • Manage and reach the set business targets assigned within the Cruise segment.
  • Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets.
  • Grow and expand the Cruise customer base.
  • Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with current clients and accounts
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Define and execute territory sales plans

Core Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous business or sales experience, preferably 5-10 years
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and execute ons business strategies
  • Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team
  • Ability to grow customer base and desire to expand internal sales department
  • High level of understanding of the Cruise industry and market
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Startup experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in partnerships sales role
  • Enjoys the water and being on and around boats

Other information or Special Requirements

This is a full time position. US citizen or work permit required.
